What did Adobe tell you on the refusal? Technical issues?
The picture your posted is not the original size, so I cannot look at the picture at 100%. Artefacts and noise is not visible to me at this stage, but what I can see is that the white balance is too cool, and the contrast is low.
I don't know what “other resources demanding in image quality” you also use, but Adobe is known to have a stringent quality check. Also, you should never assume that when one resource accepts that the other needs to accept also.
