Can anyone tell me why this photo was not accepted by the review team?

I think the photo is a little bit underexposed, especially in the foreground. I would lighten it a bit and give more light to the foreground. I would remove the lens flare as well.

    My guess is taht the photo is too soft. The lens flare should be removed.
