Help me to remove payoneer account

I have clicked "contact us" in the the bottom of the Contributor portal,
And Select the main category (Payment, text, bouns program),
Then I select the subcategory (Unsync Payoneer account)
and Type (Dear stock contributor team,
Some problem in my Payoneer account, Kindly delete this payoneer account from to stock contributor account)
