Like @madscica said, none of the photos are sharp. It appears as though this is due to jpeg compression. Your skies are noisy. It appears to be color noise. The second photo has a portion of a roof that needs to be removed and the third needs the horizon to be leveled.

It looks to me like none of your pictures are sharp, and they all lack detail in areas (look at the grass and vegitation in all of them). I see noise in areas as well. The last one is also crooked.

 

You will find it very difficult to get photos taken with a mobile phonbe accepted as stock here, the sensors are too small and the lenses not very good in most mobile phones.

 

It is possible to get acceptable photos with some mobile phones, but if you are serious about selling stock photos, you should look for a DSLR or mirrorless camera and a decent lens to go with it. You can get staryted with used gear without too big of an investment.
