None of your images is sharp when seen at 100%. It's not that you scale up to 8000x8000 that the assets get better. After scaling, you need to check the assets, and if they are blurry as here, do not submit.

BTW: the minimum size of the picture is 4MP, you should stick around that minimum. And even at that minimum, you need sharp assets. But it will be easier.

Everything is blurry.

Please zoom in to 100% and check before submitting.

The horizon is leaning in the first 2 images.

One possibility: the moderators are often times picky about depth of field. In your second and third images, the main focus is on the foreground. From an artistic point of view, this works. But for stock, it's often a different story and the focus should be on the people. Even then (though it's difficult to tell at this small size), the foreground is also a little soft.

For the boy and the kites...who is flying the other kites? And the boy is also a bit soft.

In this case and seen at 100% the whole images are blurry. All of them. No need to check further. The refusals are earned, 100%.
