Need your help urgently. All the files I uploaded and sold in my account were suddenly deleted without notice.What should I do? Who to turn to for help

Please check again. Files do not disappear like this. Please clear your browser cache and cookies. Check on a different device. Check if you are signed in to the correct Adobe ID. If you have a corporate ID, check that you are signed in into the private ID, not the corporate.
