To be honest, both should have been rejected.
As for 1:

Glasses are the same on both sides, and they get fixed on the ears (that's what the hinges are for!). The left eye is sharper than the right eye, both are not correct, however.


The hair does not blend well into the background:

All in all, you have a high noise level, not unpleasant, but it's there.
Now for the asset that got accepted:
Her ear is crooked:

That will be a reason to return the asset and get it deleted.
The neck has a look, like the head is glued to the body (arrow).

The collar and the neck are not well rendered (cloud).
The eyes are incorrect here too:

Her left eye has no pupil, the right eye's pupil is incorrect.
Here, too, the hair does not blend well into the background:

As a side note: Submitting PNG files with no transparency may cause account troubles in the future. You should switch to high-quality JPEG files.
