Help please photo not accepted

I uploaded this photo of the Ecuador national flag and it was rejected from intellectual property refusal. I read the known Adobe Stock copy right restrictions and it said all national flags are ok expect for Singapore. So please help me understand why I got this rejection.

There is also a big chance, that the moderator simply selected the wrong rejection reason. Looking at your picture, I would say that there are exposure issues with that photo and I also think that there was a lot of noise reduction. In addition, I find that the picture is not as sharp as it should be.

Perhaps the Moderator who reviewed the asset was not completely familiar with the IP restrictions for flags. I would probably wait a while and resubmit it.
