More than three weeks ago, the Adobe team closed my account on Adobe Stock, which contained about 400 photos and more than 120 dollars. When contacting them, they said that the reason for the closure was illegal downloads, and I swear that I did not do that. When I contacted them again via e-mail They did not respond to me. Is this considered a kind of fraud?

Correct answer Nancy OShea

It could take several weeks for the investigation to complete.
Meanwhile work on other things.

Adobe has the legal right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity.
2) Receipt of an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party.
3) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms.
4) A technical problem that only Stock Support can fix.

If you don't hear anything within 10 business days (check your email spam folder), send a follow-up.

These are the STOCK CONTRIBUTOR TERMS you agreed to when you joined.  I suggest you read the PDF document.

Goodbye & good luck.

No, it's not fraud. It wouldn't make sense for Adobe to close an account that has been making money for them as well as you unless they had proof that the terms of the Stock Contributor Agreement had been violated. As @Abambo said, we can't help you here, and Adobe does not discuss publicly any account issues.

We can't help you here. We are contributors like you. If you bought your assets to boost your account, then, yes, this is considered to be a breach of the contributor terms.
