hello, please help me, I make portraits of fake people with the help of midjorney ai, I have a subscription there and can to commercial use, is that mean my images belong to me? and it even says that I can dispose of them as I want, adobe requires you to provide a property release, but I can't figure out what it means? midjourney does not give any papers to users personally, but the conditions are spelled out in the general rules. I have screenshots, who needs to sign this release for use? I ? because the images are belong to me. thanks, sorry maybe stupid question, I'm new here and I don't speak English well

Правильно! Якщо власник/оператор програмного забезпечення ШІ дійсно надає вам право власності, ви є власником. Але саме ви повинні стверджувати це за допомогою майнового релізу.

Ви є власником майна (твору) і художником ("фотографом").

You are the property owner, and you are the artist. That's it.

As for the translation, you can use DeepL, as I recommended in a previous post.

Hi,

For this case, Adobe recently adjusted its guidelines:
https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/generative-ai-content.html
If you can make sure of those points it should be no problem with your art.

Це заява про свою честь! Ти заявляєш, що ти є власником твору і ти є художником.

If your generative AI image contains what could be perceived as a recognizable person, then you must submit a release. If the prompt used to create the image was based on a real image, then you must submit a MODEL release signed by the person referenced in the prompt. If the prompt was purely from your imagination and the person is not based on a real person, then you must submit a PROPERTY release indicating the image was created with generative AI software, you have the rights to license it for commercial purposes and the person in the image is completely fictional.

Please review our FAQ for additional information.

The community members in this forum cannot provide advice on the terms and conditions of the Midjourney AI app; that is for you to figure out.

Adobe's requirements for submitting Generative AI content are shown here:
