The title “SoundHandler” doesn’t match your subject.  Change it to something else like “Tangled mess of power cords and cables.”

Although the basic concept of an electric wall socket is in public domain, the specific safety or design features may be protected by patents.

I don’t see any IP problem with the cables themselves. But the overall picture focus should be sharper.

This is what you’re competing with in Stock inventory.

https://stock.adobe.com/search?k=cables+mess 40K results.

Hope that helps.

Hey @Egor38269759x1s8

SoundHandler" is a generic term often used in programming (such as Flash/ActionScript, C++, or Java) for a class that manages sound playback. Therefore, the name "SoundHandler" itself is not copyrighted, as it is a functional description of code.

W3C +3

However, specific implementations of a SoundHandler class are protected:

  • Code Copyright: The source code written by a developer for a SoundHandler class is automatically protected by copyright upon creation. For example, specific SoundHandler.cpp files found in open-source projects often have their own licenses (e.g., GPL, MIT).
  • Audio Content: The sound files (MP3, WAV) that a SoundHandler plays are protected by copyright.
  • Examples: The W3C provides examples of a SoundHandler class, but the specific code in those examples is generally intended for education or open use.

In summary, the concept of a "SoundHandler" is public domain, but the specific code written by a developer is copyrighted by that developer.

Consider using a tripod to stablize your camera to get a crisp image. You may encounter a quality issue as @RALPH_L  mentioned.

Clean up the image w Photoshop and a few adjustment layers.
Provide some space for copy to the right of the image.

Cheers
Nate

IU think the rejection reason is wrong. It should have been “Quality”. What is the black line in the upper top right corner and upper left side? Too much is not sharp. What do the keywords “cleanliness, USB cables, charging cables, slow motion” have to do with your image? Also, you are instructed avoid using plurals when keywording.

The stripes in the screenshot are the player's interface, the video itself is without stripes. There are many such videos, hundreds, and all of them are rejected with this wording.
