Hello! I would love some insights on why some of my images were accepted and others were not. I have a lot of images that are use motion blur, 2 of these were accepted and  2 were not, I can not tell the difference! Looking forward to your insights. Thanks!

Hi @mattiew35443554 ,

The dynamic range of all your photos are at extremes. The highlights are too high and the blacks are too black. Your shutter speed was set too slow producing motion blur. Your images must be sharp.

Here are some tips that will help to improve your approval. You'll find the listed additional information here useful to improve the quality of your submission.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

They are generative AI assets. There is no shutter speed. Motion blur is accepted if it is correctly executed:

Those are, by the way, all generative AI assets.

(And you should read the question again: 2 of the assets were accepted, 2 got a refusal. Besides the fact that all should get refused, this proves just the troubled moderation of generative AI assets.)

Plenty of quality issues in 1.jpeg

Plenty of quality issues in 2.jpeg

Plenty of quality issues in 3.jpeg

Plenty of quality issues in 4.jpeg

You are right, all 4 should have been refused. You should delete the accepted ones because the first buyer will complain about them. The moderator checking your 2 accepted assets did not make their job.

==============

Save them for other projects.  Don't submit blurry images to Stock.

As a customer, I can't use blurry images. I need crisp, clear details. If the project calls for it, I can add blur effects myself after purchase. But I can't remove them.

Read the Dos & Don'ts section in your Contributor User Guide.  The use of filters is not recommended.

Good luck.

All of them are a mess, but two of them got accepted.  🤦‍♂

Nice. But I think the overexposed highlights may be a problem. Did you check the histograms?
