help! uploaded PNG transparent images to Adobe stock, but it doesn't show transparent background

help! I uploaded PNG transparent images to Adobe stock, but it didn't show transparent background. I could see the format is PNG from my dashboard, but on the public page, it only has Jepg format. I have spent so much time to change the background, don't want it to be lost it. anyone know the problem?

PNG is the standard format generated by some of the Generative AI software products; however that doesn't mean that the software has removed the background. Do you know for a fact that the background is transparent?

Hi, yes, I have opened it in photoshop and  try the image on PPT, all without background
