My account has been marked as inactive due to suspected multiple accounts.
I have sent several emails to Support but have received no response.
Kindly assist me with reviewing my account.

Did you create multiple accounts to game the system?

You know that's not allowed, right?

I could be wrong, but it has been suggested that each time you contact Adobe, a new support ticket is created, thus slowing down or complicating the investigation process. If you used the Contact us link, it's safe to assume the account is still under investigation. There. are a lot of them ahead of yours, no doubt.
