Help with an approved image not showing up in on stock site

I am at a loss to find out why one of my approved images does not show up. The title is Three Duck Tolling Retrievers. There are only 51 images matching 3 dogs of this breed in one image. I have searched but it is not found. It is Images #745362238. Appreciate any help, Thanks

Then if I am a buy who wishes to see 3 of these dogs in one image, and searches on Three Duck Tolling Retrievers it should show all images related to this search criteria. It shows all 51 images except this one.
