Help with Quailty Issues rejection.

I think the big shadow in the front where nothing is happening is a problem. Also the motif is tilting.

The street view is pretty and captures a lovely small town fall vibe
I find the dead branches quite distracting. 
The yellow somehow seems off for me.

I like how the eye is being lead by the street.

I think the signage could be a problem. Even though you have blurred the person’s face - it still may cause an issue.

Another question you should ask yourself is does your photo have:

• Clean composition with clear focal points.

The photo appears to be tilted.

Additionally, since a logo is visible on the sign, it will also be rejected due to intellectual property issues.

I cheated and used Gemini to make the corrections, but this should be what you need to aim for in terms of exposure and color balance. I tried to obtain the same results using the Camera Raw filter, but the image is lacking in enough detail to come up with something more acceptable. Or maybe my experience with Camera Raw is too limited. In any event, there are also some leaning verticals.

These are overexposed, have a bluish cast, and there is some signage the needs to be removed.
