Hello.

Could anyone take a quick look at these images and help me understand the rejection issue please? Only two were accepted from the same batch.

Thank you so much!

@42412680 Kind of like so. I also removed the illogical and distracting bokeh in the background. However, when attempting to do generative expand, I noticed a couple of things. 1) These are PNGs, not JPGs, as PNGs should only be used for transparent backgrounds. Secondly, an error message noted that I could not use the generative expand function until I changed Indexed Color to RGB. I'm not quite sure how your assets ended up being Indexed Color.

Your AI images photos are under-exposed - too dark!

You can see that the jacket is brown and not black!

Besides the drawing errors already noted, I believe that “Quality Issues” includes composition, and the square default 1:1 format of AI rarely if ever provides interesting compositions. You should allow room for the buyer to add text or crop assets as they find necessary.

The two that were accepted were in 1:1 format, but I'll make a point to change that in any future images.

Many thanks for your assistance. I appreciate it.

Good idea. Not only will doing so not only open up the possibility of acceptances, it should improve the potential for finding buyers who are interested in purchasing assets that allow them some room to make adjustments. On the other hand, keep in mind that more square inches in an asset leaves more room for rendering errors. Review and edit according. 🙂
