Help with rejection please?

Hi 🙂

My image got rejected for:

Intellectual Property Refusal

Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image.

During our review, we found that it contains elements that appear to be protected by intellectual property (IP) laws, so we can't accept it into our collection. Elements protected by IP may appear in the image or in the description, title, and/or keywords.

Can somebody plesase help me explain what is intelectual property here?

The building is not part of a landscape and the arquitect is the owner of the design.

What if someone would try to sell a portion cut out of your photo? Would that be fair to you?

Why should you get asked for a property release? I suppose that given the flood of assets, a refusal is faster than any other procedure. And there is no real chance that you will get a property release.
