Hey my adobe is blocked 35 days already

Hey my adobe is blocked 35 days already, i filled form, sumbit everything, i sent lot of follow up email. NOTHING yet. i'm contributor in adobe since 2018. with GOOD sells. what i can do else?

Spamming Contributor Support by sending a lot of emails in a 35 day period just makes their backlog of work worse and doesn't help to move the case along. You'll just have to wait.

oh i just sent like 5 during that days. look they didn't reply AT ALL. i like sent next one after 72 hours, next in like 148 hours. like that . they reply first in Nov 1 after i start texting to customer support, and i asked them

Nothing. You need to wait. We can't tell you why your account has been blocked and we can't tell you when the account gets a status change.

 

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
