Hi, can I create a second Adobe Stock Contributor account on a separate device while using the same Wi-Fi? I’m planning to build an agency/office for a new creative work category. If approved by Adobe, is this allowed?

I currently have one Adobe Stock Contributor account. I am planning to build a small agency/office focused on a new category of creative work. I would like to know if I can create a second Contributor account for this new work using a separate computer/device while both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. I will only do this if Adobe approves it. Would this setup be allowed? And which step I should follow?

If you plan to use such subterfuge to evade Adobe’s guidelines, you will surely be found out eventually and end up with both accounts being permanently suspended. Why is it so important to you to create a second account?

I moved from Canada to the USA and when I change countries I had to change my email address for my Adobe accounts. I subscribe to Creative Cloud and PS and LRC. These accounts work fine but I can't access my Adobe Stock Contributor account. When I try to access the Contributor portal, I receive a message saying I am not allowed to have two (2) Adobe Contributor accounts. I don't want 2 accounts; I only want to access my one Contributor account. I have written to Adobe Stock numerous times and receive a letter with a Case # and a message they will be in touch, but I never hear from them again. On a couple of occasions I’ve received a “Case # closed” letter. How do I contact the Adobe Stock Contributor Support Team?

Can you log-in with your old ID & password?

Did you ask them to Sync your new account to your old ID?

You must seek an exception first.

If you’re a business, they may request proof from supporting legal documents.

The guidelines prohibit setting up a second account without the express, written approval of Adobe. There really is no benefit to having multiple accounts, but if you’re intent on pursuing this course, use the Contact Us link on your account to request approval from Adobe.

Hello Adobe Community & Staff,

My Adobe Stock Contributor account (ID: 212829877) was recently blocked, which I believe is an error as I have always strictly followed all Adobe guidelines and uploaded only original work.

Could a moderator or Adobe team member please help escalate my case to the Stock Compliance / Support team for a manual review?

Use the Contact us link that you see when you attempt to enter your Dashboard. Follow the instructions you’ll receive from Adobe to file an appeal. Then wait. Adobe does not participate in this forum and as contributors ourselves, we cannot be of assistance..

Only way to know is if you contact contributor support and ask, but @RALPH_L is correct, the wi-fi connection would not be an issue.

The device and the wifi are not important. What is important is that your second account is approved.

If Adobe approves the new Contributor account using a different employee’s name, email, and address, could it still be considered a multiple-account issue or affect our existing office Contributor account?

Note: The new account would be used by the different employee on a separate device and for a separate creative-work category
