Hi, can I create a second Adobe Stock Contributor account on a separate device while using the same Wi-Fi? I’m planning to build an agency/office for a new creative work category. If approved by Adobe, is this allowed?

I currently have one Adobe Stock Contributor account. I am planning to build a small agency/office focused on a new category of creative work. I would like to know if I can create a second Contributor account for this new work using a separate computer/device while both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. I will only do this if Adobe approves it. Would this setup be allowed? And which step I should follow?

Hello Adobe Community & Staff,

My Adobe Stock Contributor account (ID: 212829877) was recently blocked, which I believe is an error as I have always strictly followed all Adobe guidelines and uploaded only original work.

Could a moderator or Adobe team member please help escalate my case to the Stock Compliance / Support team for a manual review?

Use the Contact us link that you see when you attempt to enter your Dashboard. Follow the instructions you’ll receive from Adobe to file an appeal. Then wait. Adobe does not participate in this forum and as contributors ourselves, we cannot be of assistance..

Only way to know is if you contact contributor support and ask, but @RALPH_L is correct, the wi-fi connection would not be an issue.

The device and the wifi are not important. What is important is that your second account is approved.

If Adobe approves the new Contributor account using a different employee’s name, email, and address, could it still be considered a multiple-account issue or affect our existing office Contributor account?

Note: The new account would be used by the different employee on a separate device and for a separate creative-work category
