"Hi, I am facing a persistent upload error while trying to submit JPG and PNG files on the contributor portal. This is very similar to the technical issue I experienced a few days ago when uploading EPS and AI files. While the vector upload seems fine now, the same error is preventing my raster files from uploading. Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or a temporary system glitch? I think this might be related to the issues Stock is having with AI & EPS files.

They’re probably working on the Upload Module.

Hi, I’ve been experiencing the same problem when I try to upload PNG files with transparent background… They don’t upload and the website gives me the message: “couldn't be uploaded because it is not a valid file type." I’ve never experienced this problem before today, now I can’t upload any PNG files.
