NIce picture, but outside of the window is underexposed, the window is overexposed, and it looks like you have also saturation issues, noise issues, and focus issues. Pictures like this work best when combinig two pictures together, one correctly focussed and exposed for the outside, the other the same for the inside. Obviously, this works best, when using a tripod, but handhold shoots could work too, if you are paying attention not to move too much during the shooting.

You should post the original size as submitted. But best I can tell from this one, the bush is out of focus and more of a distraction than what I would consider the main subject. The sky could use some detail as well.

The view through the window is overexposed, perhaps even blownout.
