Question

Hi, my photo was rejected:My photo was rejected because it was considered AI-generated! And that's absolutely not true. The image's origin is clearly indicated: the location and the country! It's verifiable!!!

The photo taken in a tiny venetian island - BURANO ! It’s very known: all houses are small, colorful and decorated with flowers! So don’t agree about reason of rejection! It’s not AI !

The image's origin is clearly indicated: the location and the country! It's verifiable!

    Maybe the moderators have been told to remove AI images from places - there are WAY too many that are incorrect. Then your image may have unfortunately been included.

    @oleschwander,

    Assets rejected during review are NOT the same as removal from inventory during an audit.  Two different things.

    You're receiving generic, canned responses from Stock.  Most of the content they receive is AI Generated.  Don’t take them personally.  It’s a common mistake.

    Stock has no way of knowing if the content you submitted is real or AI unless you include a Property Release form signed by you as the artist who created it.  That’s the quickest way to resolve the matter.

    Hope that helps.

    So many exclamation points!!!!! It happens from time to time, but is usually soon resolved by sending a request to Stock Contributor Support via the Contact Us link on your account.

    Two options. Use the Contact link at the bottom of your dashboard and explain there must have been a mistake (moderators make them on occasion). Or, re-submit and get a more observant moderator. We are contributors like yourself here and we do not have access to rejected images.
