There is no IP violation in this still image from your video; however, without seeing the entire video we don’t know what else might have caught the eye of the reviewer. You could also have forbidden words in your title or keywords.

Nothing in this still image violates IP. The painted desert in distance & American flag in foreground are not protected. Maybe the Stock Reviewer hastily checked the wrong box.
