You can submit your own work, that's not an issue. But the moderator can not determine if you did this or if you submit someone elses work. In that case, you need to submit a property release, where you sign as the property owner and the artist. That's it.
If Adobe thinks that it is a generative AI asset, and it is not, it helps also to submit a property release, the same as above, but in addition stating that the asset has not been created with the help of generative AI.
