Yes you can. Per the Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement that you signed, Adobe does not claim exclusive rights to distribute your assets. You can display them on social media, sell them to someone else, or upload on other stock agencies.

Sure, you can upload any picture and if it gets approved you can sell licenses of that asset.

Post only low-resolution thumbnails on social media. Save your high quality work for Stock.

From a customer perspective: With Adobe stock I have a better protection against claims, compared to social media or free stock media suppliers.

From a contributor's perspective: It is an error to think that when I post something on social media, that it is free, in the public domain. It is not.

Social media platforms like Facebook, etc... remove image metadata & frequently claim ownership of user content that's posted to their platform. If some random person has a mind to exploit social media posts for their own purposes, there's not a helluva lot you can do to stop it. Not unless Facebook, etc... want to get invovled, which they rarely do.
