La imagen esta sobre expuesta  esa puede ser unas de las razones

Both files are underexposed, noisy and details are lost in highlighted parts of the dog.

I agree with Ricky - the sky is completely blownout.

I think the highlights are too strong and it makes the photo appear 'washed-out' and you can't see any details in the shadow areas.
