A blurry under-exposed image shot through a car window, with reflections in the glass, while speeding down a highway with power lines and guardrail obscuring the view.... Your photo is noisy and very gray with little contrast. It also has reflections in the glass, areas are underexposed and the photo is blurry. Use a faster shutter speed to get a sharper focus. Reflections can be avoided by placing the camera lens directly on the glass. Reduce noise and add vibrance in post processing.
