How can Adobe earn with this subscription?

"750 standard assets a month US $ 199 99 /mo (US$0.26/standard asset)"

I focused on this type of subscription and made 2 calculations.

If the minimum for a contributor is never below $0.30 and that subscription allows the buyer to purchase a photo for just $0.21 per image Adobe collects $0.26 and pays me $0.30.

Does it make a loss?

Thank you.

Yes, if you use each month the 750 assets. This subscription is intended for people needing high volumes. But the credits do not roll over. So each month you do not use your credits up to the break even point, Adobe earns money.

BTW: there are also all you can eat subscriptions, where companies add stock to their Creative Cloud all apps subscriptions for a flat fee.

But Adobe is a successful company, the overall operation in the creative domain is very profitable.

I'm sure they assume that Buyers who opt for this subscription aren't often going to use all of their credits; however the other "high volume" plan is only 40 assets per month, so I suppose some Buyers opt to upgrade to the 750 plan even if they know they won't really need to license that many.
