How can I rename one of my collections?

I can't find a way to rename one of my collections.
I have tried several times and apparently there is no way to do it.

You are correct. There is no way to rename them. I find Collections so awkward to use, with limited utility, that I've pretty much stopped using them.

Create a NEW Collection with a different name.
