Question

How do dynamic submission limits work for new accounts?

Hi everyone,
I’m a new contributor, and I've hit the submission limit

I currently have 38 approved assets and 70 rejections, with no pending items right now. Since I want to optimize my uploads, could anyone share how the weekly or pending limits are estimated for new accounts? Any insights would be great. Thanks!

Whether the account is new or not, the limits are set accordingly:

Dynamic Submission Quotas (Weekly Limit & Pending Moderation Limit):

    • Adobe Stock has implemented updated submission limits to maintain collection quality and manage the volume of content, especially with the rise of generative AI submissions.
    • These limits are not a fixed number for all contributors. They are dynamic and based on several factors related to your account's performance and history, including:
      • Your weekly submission limit.
      • The maximum amount of content you can have pending moderation (in review).
      • Your approval rate and sales performance—a higher acceptance rate and more sales can generally increase your limit over time.
    • When you reach either your weekly limit or the maximum number of allowed files pending moderation, you will experience a temporary pause before you can submit more content. The limit resets once the pending files have been reviewed or the weekly period resets.
