How do I deal with Adobe stock's multi-account failure to contribute?

This problem occurs: Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts.

How to solve this, it has been almost a year since I emailed, and I have tried to email myself to ask for a solution, I have tried all of them, and it still doesn't work, what should I do?

    You do not explain what there is to solve. It is not allowed.

    Did you previously have a Stock Contributor Account that was terminated for violations?

    If yes, that would explain why you can’t create a 2nd account.
