How do I get Adobe to respond to missing funds?
Back in April, I had $2,280.76 in my Adobe stock account and I tried to transfer the money using Paypal. The money just dissapeard and never showed up in Paypal. There is a history of a cancelled payment but when I asked Adobe for help several times they either ignored my requests or told me there was nothting to they could do. No explanation.
II asked to elevate my support request and they said “NO”.
