How do we contact support when the send button does nothing?

I wrote a long message, explaining the issue in detail with a image that was removed in Audit, for infringment. It isn’t and there’s no infringment. But when I try to write Support of contact I get

“We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case. Please post your question in the forum in the meantime, while we resolve this temporary issue.”

OK here’s my question, in the forum. How do I contact support?

EMAIL is not the way to reach Contributor Support. Chances are they’ll never see it.

Use the official contact form in your Contributor dashboard, which generates a CASE #.

Good to know. The form on the Adobe site just produces that error message. It could be what Nancy wrote, as I use Firefox and it’s possible it has a script blocker. Also, although I like the Firefox browser, Chrome or Edge are both a little better at handling more complex pages.

I’ll try that email. It sure was nice when we had Mat as the advocate and he’d look into things, which generally got a response or at least referred us to the right people, who would investigate the question.

    Thanks

Your posts are very confusing. I can’t follow the train of thought.

    1. Use another web device that doesn’t have script blockers.
    2. Nobody here can help you with an account matter.
    3. The Appeals process for blocked accounts or infringement violations is below.

    Good luck.

Sounds like a temporary glitch. Try again later.

What is wrong? The forum account nickname? You can change that in your profile if you want…
