If I create two accounts on Adobe Stock with different emails, does Adobe know that I have two accounts? If yes, how does it know?

Looks like you want to defraud Adobe in violation of the contributor terms and conditions. The most obvious indication is the tax form, as that is really where you can't afford to make false claims. As for the rest, they will know, sooner or later, depending on how good you can hide. It's just a matter of time.

Same bank, same IP, same personal details.  It's not rocket science.

Why do you think you need multiple accounts?

Unless your portfolio is approaching 1 million assets, you don't need to create a second account. Customers search for assets by keywords & phrases.  Sometimes they limit results with filters, too.  Real customers almost never search by account holder, unless they're part of some scheme to game the system, which would send up red flags.
