I recently received a notice that my Adobe Stock contributor account has been blocked due to a terms violation. I would like to understand what specific issues led to the block and what steps I can take to appeal or reinstate my account. Could you please guide me on how to resolve this matter and regain access to my account?

The screenshot you post here has a link that you should review. It has the information on how to appeal. There is no help that we can give to you on this forum that will aid reinstating your account.
