How long does it take for the top selling photos to be paid into my account?

"Highest sales" or "best sellers" is kind of misleading. Even an asset that has sold for the first time will be noted as a "best seller" in the email notification, and such a sale can be as low as .33 cents. Whatever your royalty, it will (or should) show up on your dashboard immediately. 

Just wait for a day or two, it will reflect in your dashboard. Sometimes it takes time to reflect in your account. 

You haven't read the Adobe Stock help pages have you? You cannot request a payout until 45 days after your first sale, and you have accumulated $25 in sales, and you have submitted your tax form. All sales, both the sale $ amount and quantity of downloads, are shown on the graph on your Dashboard page.
