How many model release forms?

I've 17 photos to upload from a month in New Zealand, and 12 of them have people in them. Most of the photos were taken on different dates. Can I put a date 'range' on the model release forms or do they all have to have only one date on them?   If so, then I've worked out I will need to create 22 model release forms to cover this. It seems a bit like hard work. I also submit to other stock libraries, so this will be multiplied.

I realise I can 90% fill out the forms leaving the date blank and then photocopy, but it's still going to be 22 bits of paper to sort out.

I think the general rule of thumb is that a model release is required for all the images from a person during a "shoot". This implies all images from one day, since a shoot doesn't really comprise a span of a month. You can most likely use the same model release for multiple stock agencies.

You can streamline that. The photographer is always the same. Sometimes the shooting is the same.

Generally speaking: Each person needs a separate release for each shooting. If you set a shooting from day a to day b, and the model signs, it's ok. You can't shoot, however a model 5 years in between, without a new release. Model releases are contracts between yo an the model, not between you, the model and Adobe. Whatever you and the model fix in that contract will be valid.
