How to get activation code bonus after the blue banner at dashboard was gone?

Hello, I'm an active contributor at Adobe Stock, and I have a Creative Cloud App bonus which expires on January 20, 2025. However, the blue banner on my dashboard is no longer there about two months ago, and I haven't saved the activation code yet. Can anyone help how to get the code?
