How to get your account back

Hello. I lost access to my Adobe account and they created a new account for me. The specialists promised that my Adobe Stock contributor account would also catch up and be the same as before, but this did not happen, my illustrations and the money I earned were not there. What should I do, how can I get my author account back?

From what you said, you were already in contact with Adobe who partialy restored a damaged account. Obviously, if that is really the case, you need to contact them again.

They can’t help me because they are only responsible for subscriptions and
not for the Adobe Stock contributor account. But they promised that the
contributor’s account would remain, but this did not happen
