How to Have Vector Files Shown as all three types - AI, EPS and JPEG

How can I save and upload my vector files they will appear on the Adobe Stock website as three file types: AI/EPS and JPEG?

Other contributors have files that appear like that. Mine show up exactly how I submitted them, as an AI or Zip but never with multiple file types.

By the way, the message is NOT showning "three types", only two. Look closely at your screen shot.

FILE TYPE

AI/EPS or JPEG

This means there is a choice of TWO.

One choice is a vector file AI or EPS (only one - the user cannot choose).

One choice is an image file JPEG.

You say "Mine show up exactly how I submitted them, as an (AI or) Zip". But this doesn't make sense to me - maybe I miss something. Adobe Stock should never offer a ZIP file to the customer. Can you give us the stock number where you see this? (Look at what the customer sees, not your contributor info).

"Choose one of two ways to upload your vectors.

  • As standalone vector files (AI, EPS, and SVG formats only)
  • As a ZIP folder (AI and EPS formats only)

Folder submissions should include only:

  • Your AI or EPS vector file. (When saving, make sure Create PDF Compatible File is checked.)
  • Your JPEG preview file. (Needs to be between 4MP and 100MP.)"

Did you submit all 3 file types?

Did you add it to your description?
