You do not submit the JPEG and the PNG, it's generated by Adobe. You submit a vector asset only.

The info is easy to find. Its usually in the same area for uploading files. However you only need to upload one file for true vectors. Those file types are usually called AI. The vectors will generate all those other files when someone makes a purchase.

Adobe prefers the latest version of Adobe Illustrator files, but older formats are also accepted. You should make sure that the Illustrator file contains an embedded PDF file and that the layers are properly assigned and named (best is to use English for this, as that will be the most universal).
