How to recover my account login

A few months ago, my Adobe account was blacklisted due to an accidental operation, and now this issue has caused my Fotolia image-selling account to be unable to log in. Please help me log in.

Fotolia is long since dead.

What Adobe account? Your contributor account? 

 

Anyhow, this is unrelated to your Fotolia account. You were not able to sign into Fotolia for the last 5 years. Adobe required all Fotolia contributors to sync their account to the Adobe contributor account. Syncing is no more possible now. It may be, that Adobe contributor support is still able to do that manually, however.

Fotolia accounts were merged with Adobe accounts long ago. If your Adobe account has been suspended, you will not be able to logon until the account review has been completed and the account is restored.
