Hi everyone,
please forgive my ignorance. How to submit .jpeg background I created in photoshop 2015?  I use my own brushes and gallery filters. Should I check: "created by AI tools? How do you submit these backgrounds? Thank you.

To the best of my knowledge, PS 2015 did not include any AI tools. I think Adobe didn't start their big push to implement AI until ~2022.

That's correct. Some other generative AI programs may have been around, however.

Why? Submit your JPEGs as usual. If and only if you get a refusal for not marking your assets as generative AI, you submit in addition an electronically signed property release (you are the artist and the property owner) where you state that you created the asset without the help of AI.

Unfortunately, sometimes, and depending on your asset, moderators think that your asset is AI generated. Thanks to the fellow contributors who “forget” to mark assets, moderators need to use that refusal.

You did not use an ounce of generative AI, so you should not check the AI flag. If you get a refusal because the moderator thinks it was AI, you will need to attach a property release certifying that it is not AI.

No it's not AI.
