I suspect Adobe recruits Reviewers from a talent-pool of industry professionals with a track record in their respective specialty -- video/motion graphics, print/graphic design, photo & illustrations, AI, etc...

Adobe probably outsources image reviewing to a subcontractor in a low-wage country. It's a well-kept secret, and no one in the user community knows where those jobs are located or how to apply.

    It's not too difficult to find the list of current positions. I suppose there might be different listings for other countries where Adobe has a physical presence.

      Check the address for Adobe and make an unsolicited application. The first thing to prove, if you want to apply, is to find the correct method for an application.

      I repeat (even if that was thought as a joke, and basically, I do not know the answer):

      The first thing to prove, if you want to apply, is to find the correct method for an application.

       

      For a “normal” job, I would contact the Adobe human resources. But currently, I'm only waiting for them to offer me a job…
