Hundreds of video footage in reminder

Question

Hi guys! I would like to know if there is any possibility to reach out to Adobe since I don't know how I can solve my problem. Hundreds of files are being denied and can be found in the tab reminder, all with the same reason which says language of keywords or title. The strange thing is that for example some footage is exactly the same but some are accepted and some are being denied, just randomly. It doesn't seem like there is any logic in it, just a chance of luck. I don't use that many keywords anymore and watch carefully which I take for it. Thanks for the help.

The assets in the reminder tab tell you, why they are in the reminder tab. Being in the reminder tab is normally good news, as you will be able to cure the problem and resubmit. The reminder is not a straight refusal, however, if you do not cure the problem, assets will get refused.

Post the keywords and the title of one of the refused assets here, and we will have a look at them. A second opinion is sometimes valuable.

Denied products are not in the "Reminder" tab. They are in the "Not accepted" tab. Titles and keywords must be in the language chosen when the object was submitted.
