Question

“I always request a withdrawal on Thursday (USA), and the payment arrives the next Friday (USA). But this time the payment didn’t arrive on Friday. Why? I know Adobe Stock clears payments on Friday.”

Most legal holidays are observed on a Monday.

    Jan 30, Feb 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20.

Expect funds to reach your account by the middle of the month.

A number of Contributors on the Discord channel have reported changes in the pattern of payments, though no one has reported that they’re actually late. Had you received the payment on Friday, that would have been business day 6. You’ll certainly receive your payment in the coming week.

How should we know? What do you mean by “always”? The only thing I can tell you is:

    • Processing Time: Generally 7 to 10 business days. This counts from the day after you submit your request and excludes weekends and holidays.

    • Bank/Provider Delay: After Adobe releases the funds, your payment provider (PayPal, Payoneer, or Skrill) may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to reflect the balance in your account.

    • Total Wait: Most contributors see their money within 10 to 15 business days total.
