I am concerned about my account

Hello, I am concerned about my account, and I would like to consult someone from Adobe Stock to tell me if my account could be banned in the future so that I know what to expect. I don’t want to keep uploading images and materials only to find my account suspended after uploading thousands of images. After all, you invest time in this only to end up being suspended. I’ve seen on forums that thousands of people are complaining about being suspended after building a very large image catalog. I would like to speak with a consultant from Adobe Stock to review my current account and clearly inform me whether my account is in good standing or not. Please provide me with the email address where I can address this inquiry and request a detailed review of my account.

Having thousands of assets is not an issue. Not following the guidelines is.

On which forums?  Certainly not this one.

A small percentage of contributors can't follow rules. That's their problem, not yours.  The overwhelming majority of contributors have no issues with Adobe Stock.

Read & understand the TERMS you agreed to, and don't do stupid things.  You'll have NO problems.

Certaintly this one. I've seen those too. After multiple back and forth postings, it was clear that the users did not follow the guidelines, and they were aware of that.

NOT THOUSANDS of people here.

Maybe 40 people per year are terminated.

I have similar concerns. I wrote to Adobe and they did reply, but only with a link to the guidelines. I follow the rules but wanted clarity on one that seemed ambiguous.

Which one seems ambiguous? Adobe does not review accounts upon request. Even if they did, and they found something that violated the T&Cs, they would probably disable the account first and ask questions later, as they say.

"...three significant versions of a single motif..."

I'm not sure what it's considered a 'single motif'.

I generally have an idea, say it was anthropomic teapots, and come up with a lot more than three different teapots, for example. But I don't have one teapot and show it from dozens of different angles or with dozens of different filters.

Read the guidelines and conform and your account won't get banned. There are many contributors that do not get banned. Indeed most of them never experience that.

Don't be spooked by other banned or disabled accounts. Read the T&Cs and if you are in compliance, then you won't have a problem.

You will receive no reply from Adobe here, as this is a user to user forum. Adobe will not audit your account at your request.

If you comply with all of the guidelines and T&C's your will not be banned. Reread all of those guidelines and delete any assets from your account that are not in compliance.
