It’s easy to confirm that “La Tomatina” and “Lowenbrau” are trade names. AI images, by definition, CANNOT represent actual newsworthy events. 

La Tomatina, Lowenbrau and other brand names are IP violations.  

Fake or not, remove all brands from your content.

And I checked. La Tomatina and Lowenbrau are both trademarked. So don’t even use them in your titles or as keywords.

Real or AI generated, Adobe doesn’t take chances with logos. It’s not about the people. Remove these and try resubmitting.
