I am from pakistan and a adobe stock contributer , I am troubling with phone verification , my country pakistan is not in the dropdown menu of countries to add phone number . I need help to bypass this issue so i can contribute easily

There is no way to bypass geo-restrictions, sorry.  

Try submitting to other marketplaces instead. 

Adobe previously accepted contributors from Pakistan but local internet service blocks prevented contributors from gaining access to their contributor portal. 

Check back in a few months when geo-restrictions are lifted.

This is a common issue with Pakistan, Bangladesh and maybe others having to do with GEO blocking. You can search the forum for other complaints regarding this problem. There is no work-around that anyone is aware of, but you might try a Google search for more details.
